Delivery Policy
Deliveries can be purchased online or by calling our store front at (423) 434-2500. Same day deliveries are available online if purchased before 10:00 am.

Our daily delivery route travels through
Johnson City, Washington County, part of Carter County, part of Unicoi County, and part of Sullivan County.

Delivery charges are calculated at check out based on address and requested delivery time frame.
Delivery charges are calculated at $2.oo per mile, a minimum of $10.00.
Please call (423) 434-2500 to place a delivery order outside our daily delivery route.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each of our arrangements is custom made from fresh, local, and seasonal materials. Due to this, we are unable to accept returns for completed arrangements.
